Experience: 6 to 10 Years (Laptop Chip-Level / Motherboard Repair)
Qualification: Relevant Technical Background (Diploma / ITI / BE in Electronics preferred)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Laptop Chip-Level Repair Technician who can lead a technical team and handle advanced troubleshooting and repair of motherboards and electronic components.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in BGA rework, circuit tracing, IC replacement, and quality control in a repair or refurbishing setup.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform chip-level diagnostics and repairs on laptops and motherboards.
• Guide and manage a team of junior technicians.
• Monitor workflow, ensure repair quality, and reduce rework.
• Maintain service documentation and repair logs.
• Coordinate with quality and operations teams for smooth process flow.
• Provide technical training to new team members.
