Job Title: Computer Operator (Data Entry)Job Overview:We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Computer Operator whose primary responsibility will be handling data entry tasks. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, updating databases, and ensuring smooth day-to-day data management. Key Responsibilities:Perform accurate and timely data entry into company systems/databases. Prepare, verify, and update records, files, and documents. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Review data for errors or missing information and correct where necessary. Generate reports and summaries as required by management. Operate computers and related office equipment efficiently. Assist with other clerical and administrative tasks when needed. Requirements:Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (Any stream). Prior experience in data entry / computer operator roles preferred. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer applications. Good typing speed with high accuracy. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet deadlines. Key Skills:Fast and accurate typing. Good knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing. Data management and record-keeping. Time management and multitasking abilities.
