Key Responsibilities : Identify and target potential clients such as wholesalers, distributors, retail chains, and export buyers. Generate new business leads and convert prospects into sales. Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction. Conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, product samples, and price quotations to clients. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms within company guidelines. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by the management. Coordinate with the production and merchandising teams to ensure timely delivery of orders. Provide feedback to the product development team regarding market demand and trends. Maintain up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and order statuses. Qualifications and Skills : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Fashion, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in garment sales, textile sales, or a related industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of garment production processes, fabrics, and fashion trends. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to travel as required. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Night shift Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
