Childrens Book Artist Intern at Beyond Box

Are you passionate about storytelling through art Beyond Box is seeking a Children's Book Artist Intern to join our creative team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on engaging projects under the guidance of our Animation Director and Illustrator, Tansheet Bhatt, and hone your skills in a collaborative environment. Beyond Box, founded by Aesha Bhansali, is an innovative educational platform that bridges the gap between traditional learning and real-world application through STEAM-based programs, workshops, and resources. Designed for children, educators, and schools, it promotes curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking. Beyond Box offers customized curricula, interactive activities, teacher training, and programs like Humans of Science to inspire hands-on learning and interdisciplinary exploration, ensuring education that's engaging, relevant, and transformative. Key Responsibilities: - Create captivating 2D illustrations in a cartoon style inspired by Disney. - Work closely with the team to design imaginative characters, vibrant scenes, and engaging narratives. - Collaborate on book layouts to enhance the visual storytelling. - Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions and project development. Requirements: - Minimum 1 year of experience preferred; freshers with exceptional drawing skills are encouraged to apply. - Proficiency in Photoshop or any other professional drawing software. - Knowledge of book layout design is a must, and basic animation/motion graphics will be a plus. - Strong attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for working on children's content.
