About CAMI: Born during the pandemic as the Children’s Art Museum of India www.childrensartmuseumofindia.com , CAMI was launched by two young students, Krish and Manya, to address growing concerns about mental health, creativity, and self-expression during lockdowns. Since then, it has grown rapidly, accumulating over 10,000 artworks and attracting more than 500,000 website visitors. Our Roblox game has already crossed 250,000+ plays. A founder team has since taken the reins, piloting international expansion. CAMI (Children’s Art Museum International) www.childrensartmuseum.com is the world’s first SaaS platform dedicated to children’s art. Our core mission is to foster creativity, confidence, and celebration in children—aiming to “AI-proof” the next generation of global consumers and creators. With initial seed funding secured, CAMI is now evolving into two core verticals: A social platform for children’s art —featuring school and corporate competitions, museum partnerships, and community-led showcases. We believe art is a universal language and a vital tool for development, design thinking, and emotional well-being. 2. A SaaS-based platform for schools and art educators, enabling them to curate student portfolios, offer courses, and showcase talent through a digital-first experience. CAMI is redefining the concept of a museum—from a physical location to a shared space of belonging, creativity, and global connection. Role Summary: The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will play a pivotal role in scaling CAMI’s social impact across the globe and spearheading the development and rollout of its Art-as-a-Platform (AaaS) offering for schools. This role demands a visionary leader with experience in operations, product leadership, and ecosystem building—someone capable of growing teams, expanding markets, and forging strategic partnerships while championing CAMI’s mission of creativity and global connection. Key Responsibilities: 1. Social Enterprise Impact & Community Growth • Strategic Direction & Scaling: o Expand CAMI across Asia and beyond, building a thriving global community of young creators. o Onboard schools and educators, targeting 100K+ active members and over 1 million artworks. • Team Building & Leadership: o Build and lead a multidisciplinary team, including interns and returnship candidates (especially women). o Collaborate with the tech team to iterate on product features based on user feedback. • Partnerships & Growth: o Secure corporate sponsors for competitions and branded galleries. o Forge partnerships with global museums to showcase children’s art. o Lead sales and advertising efforts across B2B and B2C channels. o Develop community engagement strategies for parents and children via social platforms. • Creativity & Curriculum: o Develop programs to nurture creativity, confidence, and celebration in children. o Curate or design courses to build future-ready, AI-resilient creative skills. o Advocate for the therapeutic and developmental value of artistic expression. 2. Art-as-a-Platform for Schools (SaaS Development & Rollout) • Platform Development & Product Strategy: o Oversee the development and pilot launch of CAMI’s AaaS (Art-as-a-Service) platform. o Define user journeys, prioritize feature flows, and collaborate on app development. • School & Educator Engagement: o Drive adoption of CAMI’s low-cost, white-labelled SaaS platform among schools and institutes. o Create spotlight opportunities and support tools for art educators. • Monetization & Strategic Growth: o Co-develop a long-term, sustainable business model with the founders. o Design marketplace features to connect students with global art mentors and courses. o Launch a recognized art proficiency and certification framework. Location & Compensation: This role is location-flexible and open to candidates worldwide. Remuneration will reflect norms in the social impact sector, with equity offered post-successful milestone achievement. Ideal Candidate: We are looking for someone who is mission-driven, entrepreneurial, and passionate about the role of creativity in global education. The ideal candidate will have: A strong academic background and excellent communication skills Professional experience in the corporate or education sector, with a strategic and execution-focused mindset A long-term commitment to creating impact over chasing short-term wins A desire to operate like a founder—with purpose, balance, and a drive to “do good by being good” Exceptional candidates beyond this profile are also encouraged to apply. You can send your CV and answers to the following questions at info@childrensartmuseumofindia.com: Please attach your Cover Letter or Statement of Motivation.
