To ensure 100% governance and compliance as per sourcing policies, sharp focus on volume, cost, cutting edge technology and digitalisation.

Achieve Savings by optimizing raw material logistics process and by implementing strategic procurement process.

Ensuring contract terms & conditions are monitored at respective locations.
