Your responsibilities will include but not limited to: **Key Responsibilities:** - Overseeing quality assurance and quality control processes for property development and miscellaneous works. - Ensuring compliance with quality standards and specifications throughout the project. - Conducting inspections and tests to identify defects and non-conformities. - Implementing corrective actions and preventive measures to enhance quality. - Collaborating with project teams to address quality-related issues and drive continuous improvement. **Qualifications Required:** - Graduate in Civil Engineering or equivalent. - Masters degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management. - Minimum of 15 years of professional experience in the relevant field. - At least 8 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) for building or infrastructure works.
