Chief Manager/ Senior Manager/ Manager/ Assistant Manager- IT (NBFC)

Role & responsibilities

• Handling issues related to software(OTP/downtime) and Monitoring with vendor for the software glitches
• Maintain IT systems & infrastructure NBFC software and assets for smooth operations.
• Client Relationship Management-Maintaining cordial relationships with client representatives at all times.
• IT admin role & IT support to branches- Better control and Security, Hassle free operation at branches
• Testing and uploading of different software version/development and User Level Testing before implementation
• Running regular checks on GL software and data security
• CRM management to assess conversion efficiency
• Identifying and acting on opportunities to improve and update software and systems. Software development with vendor. Improvisation of our Operational Excellence
• Developing and implementing NBFC software and best practice guides for the organization
• Running and sharing regular operation system reports with senior staff
• Overseeing and determining timeframes for major IT kaizen developments and Operation related issues raised in Kaizen OEM to be solved through the help of IT.
• Solution to ticket raised, Quick redressal of branch Issues
• Deep understanding of IT governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks
• Conduct audits and assessments, manage IT systems and network security
• Weekly meeting with tech vendor and fortnightly meeting with the branches. Monitoring our progress in Tech initiatives
• Vendor Management- Manage relationships with colocation vendors, ensuring that services are delivered to agreed-upon standards and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Social media templates and Part of Customer delight and marketing
