The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: Handle daily accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger. Prepare and maintain financial statements, balance sheets, and other reports as required. Manage bank reconciliations, vendor payments, and petty cash transactions. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other regulatory filings. Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis reports. Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits. Maintain accurate documentation and record-keeping of all financial data. Support the finance team in month-end and year-end closing activities. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors or Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance . 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance. Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) . Strong knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliance. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with accuracy.
