Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive Industry: Medical Devices / Healthcare (Surgical & Examination Gloves, Nitrile Gloves, Surgical Products) Location: Gandhinagar, Gujarat Employment Type: Full-time Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing professional to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, expanding market reach, and executing effective marketing strategies for our range of surgical gloves, nitrile gloves, examination gloves, and other surgical products. Roles & Responsibilities Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with hospitals, distributors, medical institutions, and healthcare professionals. Expand institutional sales network across diverse sectors including pharma, biotech, food & beverage, industrial units, government/defence, academia, wellness, and allied service industries beyond hospitals Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets. Manage existing client accounts and ensure repeat business through strong customer support. Conduct market research to understand competitor activities, pricing, and market trends. Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital/offline, exhibitions, trade fairs) to target cross-industry buyers. Prepare and deliver product presentations, demos, and proposals to clients. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and close deals effectively. Maintain and update sales reports, forecasts, and customer data. Work closely with management to align sales strategies with overall business objectives. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements for medical products. Preferred Candidate Profile Proven experience in sales & marketing of medical devices, surgical consumables, gloves, or healthcare products. Strong network and contacts within hospitals, distributors, and healthcare professionals. Ability to achieve sales targets and work independently. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Willingness to travel across regions as per business requirements. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and passionate about healthcare industry growth. Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related field. MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Healthcare Management (preferred but not mandatory). 1–3 years of relevant sales & marketing experience.
