Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate and up-to-date bookkeeping records in Zoho Books. Prepare and issue invoices using Zoho Invoice. Handle TDS calculations, payments, and filing. Manage GST entries, reconciliation, and return filing. Ensure compliance with all accounting and tax regulations. Provide periodic financial summaries and reports as required. The Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) at CHESTA will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with students, parents, and other stakeholders. The CRM ensures that every learner receives timely support, accurate information, and a positive learning experience throughout their association with CHESTA. Key ResponsibilitiesStudent Relationship Management: Maintain regular communication with enrolled students and their guardians, ensuring their academic and administrative needs are addressed promptly. Course Assistance: Guide students in selecting suitable courses, understanding study materials, and utilizing portal features such as Free Tests, Notes, and Chat Discussions. Feedback and Support: Collect and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement in services, study materials, and student engagement. Resolve issues or escalate them to concerned departments. Communication and Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact between students and CHESTA departments (academic, technical, and administrative). Coordinate smooth handling of queries, complaints, and updates. Portal Engagement: Encourage active participation on the CHESTA Portal, including use of new features, and ensure students are aware of updates, deadlines, and events. Data Management: Maintain and update student records in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Retention and Relationship Building: Implement strategies to enhance student satisfaction, retention, and referrals through consistent follow-ups and value-driven communication. Skills and QualificationsStrong verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency required). Empathetic listener with a problem-solving attitude. Experience in customer support, relationship management, or education sector preferred. Familiarity with CRM tools or student management software is an advantage.
