Role Overview

The Chemistry Teacher – JEE, NEET, NDA & CUET will be responsible for delivering strong concept-based and exam-oriented Chemistry classes for Engineering, Medical, Defence and University entrance exams through live classes from our digital studio (work from office).

Is role ka main focus hai students ko Physical, Organic & Inorganic Chemistry mein strong banana – concepts + NCERT focus + PYQs + MCQs + numerical practice ke saath – taaki wo JEE, NEET, NDA, CUET & related exams mein high score kar saken.

Key Responsibilities

1. Live Teaching (Chemistry – JEE, NEET, NDA & CUET)

• Conduct live Chemistry classes (YouTube/App/Studio) for:
• JEE Main / JEE Advanced
• NEET (Chemistry)
• NDA (Chemistry part of General Science)
• CUET (Chemistry domain & relevant sections)
• Cover all three segments in a balanced way:
• Physical Chemistry: Mole concept, Atomic Structure, Thermodynamics, Equilibrium, Electrochemistry, Chemical Kinetics, Solutions, Gaseous State, Solid State, etc.
• Organic Chemistry: General Organic Chemistry, Hydrocarbons, Alcohols, Aldehydes, Ketones, Carboxylic acids, Amines, Biomolecules, Polymers, etc.
• Inorganic Chemistry: Periodic Table, Chemical Bonding, Coordination Compounds, s-, p-, d- & f-block elements, Hydrogen, Environmental chemistry, etc.
• Explain concepts in a step-by-step, exam-focused manner with diagrams, mechanisms, and numerical examples.

2. Exam-Oriented Content Delivery

• Use:
• Previous Year Questions (PYQs) of JEE, NEET, NDA, CUET
• Topic-wise MCQs, integer type, assertion–reason, match the column, etc. (as per exam)
• Level-wise question practice – basic → moderate → advanced
• Focus on:
• NCERT-based coverage (especially for NEET & CUET)
• High-weightage topics and frequently asked patterns
• Time-saving approaches while maintaining concept clarity.

3. Content Creation & Academic Planning

• Prepare:
• Class notes, reaction summary sheets, formula/exception charts
• Chapter-wise assignments, DPPs (Daily Practice Problems), and test papers
• Sectional & full-length tests as per JEE/NEET/NDA/CUET pattern
• Coordinate with content team to:
• Design year-long, crash & revision batches
• Build structured test series & mock papers
• Update questions and notes as per latest trend & difficulty level.

4. Student Engagement & Doubt Solving

• Take live doubts during and after classes via chat/comments.
• Conduct special doubt-clearing classes for tricky topics (e.g., GOC, Reaction Mechanism, Coordination, Electrochemistry, etc.).
• Use quizzes, polls, rapid-fire questions and problem-of-the-day to keep classes interactive & engaging.

5. Academic Discipline & Coordination

• Follow the academic planner, course completion targets & test calendar.
• Coordinate with Academic Head / Batch Coordinator for timetable, extra sessions, revision marathons, and test discussions.
• Participate in faculty meetings, demo classes, and academic review sessions.

6. Studio & Digital Teaching Setup

• Use digital studio tools – camera, mic, digital board/pen tablet, PPT, and screen share effectively.
• Ensure all classes are properly recorded, titled and stored in the system.
• Coordinate with technical team for smooth streaming and best audio/video quality.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Student attendance & consistency in Chemistry classes.
• Student feedback, ratings & engagement level.
• Improvement in mock tests and final exam scores in Chemistry.
• Completion of syllabus & revision cycles on time.
• Quality, depth and regularity of notes, assignments, DPPs and tests.

Eligibility & Qualifications

• Minimum Graduation in Chemistry / Science / Engineering. Preference for:
• B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry)
• B.Tech / M.Tech (with strong Chemistry base)
• Prior teaching experience in JEE / NEET / NDA / CUET / 11th–12th Chemistry will be preferred.
• Strong conceptual understanding of Physical, Organic & Inorganic Chemistry (NCERT + competitive level).

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent command over Chemistry concepts, numericals & mechanisms.
• Ability to teach in Hindi with required English exam terminology (bilingual explanation).
• Strong classroom/studio presence, clear explanation, and structured topic delivery.
• Comfortable with:
• PPT-based teaching
• Creating PDFs, reaction charts, formula sheets
• Using digital writing tools (pen tablet/digital board)
• Student-focused, motivating and result-oriented mindset.
• Punctual, disciplined and committed to regular, high-quality classes.

Work Schedule

• Mode: Work from Office (airGurukul Studio – Greater Noida)
• Full-time, 6 days a week (1 weekly off – [Sunday])
• Class timings as per academic schedule; may include morning and evening batches.
• Additional classes may be required during exam seasons, crash batches & marathon sessions.
