Chemistry Faculty

We are seeking a passionate and result-oriented Chemistry Trainer for NEET and IIT-JEE aspirants. The ideal candidate should have in-depth subject knowledge, excellent teaching skills, and a proven track record of mentoring students for competitive exams. --- Roles & Responsibilities: Teach Chemistry to students preparing for NEET and IIT-JEE (Mains & Advanced). Design and deliver concept-driven and exam-oriented lectures with a focus on clarity and application. Prepare study materials, assignments, mock tests, and practice papers aligned with the NEET and JEE syllabus and patterns. Conduct regular doubt-clearing sessions, assessments, and feedback sessions. Monitor student progress and provide personalized academic support and motivation. Stay updated with the latest exam patterns, trends, and NCERT syllabus updates. Collaborate with other faculty and academic coordinators for academic planning and performance reviews. --- Key Skills & Requirements: Strong command over Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry. Prior experience in coaching NEET/IIT-JEE aspirants is preferred. Excellent communication and classroom management skills. Ability to engage and inspire students to achieve their best potential. Familiarity with digital tools and smart classroom technology is a plus. --- Qualifications: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry or related field. B.Ed./Teaching certifications (optional but preferred).
