Job Description:

goADEM EdTech Pvt Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) in Chemistry to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of Chemistry concepts, especially those relevant to NEET/JEE, and a passion for teaching and mentoring students.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver structured and concept-based Chemistry lessons to higher secondary students (Grades 11 & 12).
• Develop and review academic content including notes, questions, assignments, and mock tests for NEET/JEE aspirants.
• Clear student doubts and encourage a deep understanding of the subject.
• Support the academic team in designing curriculum plans and learning modules.
• Engage in classroom or online sessions as required.
• Monitor and track student performance and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Chemistry or equivalent.
• B.Ed. is preferred but not compulsory.
• Prior experience in NEET/JEE coaching or higher secondary Chemistry teaching is desirable.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Must be available for full-time, on-site work in Chennai.
