Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day production activities in tablet, capsule, and syrup manufacturing sections.
• Ensure batch manufacturing processes follow cGMP and SOP guidelines.
• Maintain proper documentation including BMR, BPR, and daily production logs.
• Monitor dispensing, granulation, compression, coating, filling, and syrup preparation processes.
• Coordinate with QA/QC, maintenance, and warehousing teams for smooth operations.
• Ensure equipment cleaning, calibration, and line clearance before each batch.
• Supervise production operators and ensure adherence to safety standards.
• Identify deviations, troubleshoot process issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain production targets, reduce wastage, and ensure quality compliance.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of tablet, capsule & syrup formulation processes.
• Understanding of GMP, GDP, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to handle production equipment efficiently.
• Good documentation and team-handling skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
