Operations Management: - Oversee day-to-day store operations independently. - Implement and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) from the corporate office. - Manage stock and inventory in coordination with the warehouse. 2. Sales Growth and Customer Satisfaction: - Develop strategies to achieve sales targets. - Ensure excellent customer service and analyses feedback for continuous improvement. 3. Employee Management and Leadership: - Foster a positive work environment, ensuring staff satisfaction. - Provide training to enhance product knowledge and service skills. 4.
