Role Overview: You will be responsible for validating the given reaction to determine if the reactant and products are correct. Additionally, you will need to identify the retrosynthetic methods required to synthesize the target molecule. You will also be validating the reactivity of the target molecule or reaction center, as well as identifying the selectivity of the reactants. Furthermore, you will need to identify the selective tolerance of the given molecule and predict possible products based on common reaction mechanisms. Lastly, you will need to identify potential products related to the reactants. Key Responsibilities: - Validate reactions to ensure correctness of reactants and products - Identify retrosynthetic methods for synthesizing the target molecule - Validate reactivity of target molecule or reaction center - Identify selectivity of reactants - Determine selective tolerance of given molecule - Predict possible products based on common reaction mechanisms - Identify potential products related to the reactants Qualifications Required: - Strong background in chemistry or related field - Experience in reaction validation and retrosynthetic analysis - Knowledge of common reaction mechanisms - Analytical skills for identifying selectivity and tolerance - Ability to work from the office located in Kochi (Note: The role requires you to be willing to work from the office located in Kochi.),
