Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and email, providing accurate and timely information about products/services. Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and issue resolution. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Sales Support: Assist with lead generation activities, including identifying potential customers and preparing rnarketing materials. Prepare and maintain sales reports and dashboards, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives. Administrative Tasks: Manage and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems. Process sales orders and invoices accurately and efficiently. Prepare presentations and reports for sales meetings.
