A successful Chemical Production Manager should have a basic understanding of safety, chemical production, and cost control. Manage production operations and production personnel for the chemical plant Develop and implement accident prevention and safety procedures for staff Monitor production processes and ensure that all standards are met Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with equipment and machinery Monitor controlling costs and ensuring production keeps up with the demand Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and annual plant production reports and utility cost saving measures. Maintain a safe and compliant work environment Promote best efficiency, motivation and alignment of work force. Mfg of exports of pharma & speciality chemicals and dietary supplement Experience: 5 To 25 years plant production experience in Chemical Pharma industries.
