We Chellaram Ultra Wellness Clinic are seeking a dynamic and experienced COO for our Modern Ultra Wellness Clinic to lead the strategic and operational management of the integrated wellness centre. The ideal candidate will have a passion for preventive healthcare, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in wellness program development and revenue generation. Role & responsibilities To work out and implement effective strategy for increasing the awareness, visibility, Footfall and Revenue To put in place proper internal controls in monitoring the agreed strategy on a continuous basis and to ensure optimal utilization of resources To keep the entire team highly motivated to achieve the set deliverables. Recruitment and Training of staff. On a continuous basis to look for expanding the scope of services Introduce innovative wellness services aligned with current health trends. Collaborate on health education initiatives and contribute to wellness publications. Participate in community outreach, awareness camps, and institutional activities. Preferred candidate profile Degree in Health Sciences, Medicine, Wellness/Sports, or Healthcare Management. 5+ years of experience in wellness operations or healthcare management. Strong business acumen and knowledge of the wellness industry. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
