Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations & ensure kitchen quality and consistency Build and lead teams across marketing, delivery, and customer experience Drive expansion plans — Cloud Kitchens, QSRs, and Experience Centers Create strategic partnerships and manage local marketing initiatives Work directly with the founding director on brand, systems, and growth strategy Ideal Profile: Experience in F&B operations, marketing, or business development Strong leadership & team management skills Entrepreneurial mindset — someone who can build, not just manage Belief in clean, honest, and transparent food Ready to hustle, innovate, and grow together --- Why Join ChefCoat?
