Position: Chef – South Indian

Responsibilities:

• Prepare popular Chinese dishes (fried rice, noodles, gravies, starters, etc.).
• Ensure fast and quality service during busy hours.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
• Collaborate with the team to develop fusion and seasonal specials.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4-9 years of experience in Chinese cooking.
• Good knowledge of sauces, wok techniques, and kitchen safety.
• Attention to detail and plating.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
