Job Type: Full-time | 10 hours/day
Salary: ₹10,000–₹12,000 per month

About the Café:

The Bread and Mime Café is a warm and inclusive space located near the Taj Mahal. Known for its unique concept and differently-abled staff, we offer a cozy café experience with a wide variety of coffee, café-style dishes, Indian and fusion cuisine.

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Chef who can take charge of our kitchen operations and bring creativity and consistency to our food and beverages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook café-style dishes (sandwiches, pasta, burgers, salads, etc.)
• Brew and serve various coffee beverages (latte, cappuccino, espresso, etc.)
• Cook Indian and basic multi-cuisine dishes as per menu
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards in the kitchen
• Manage stock, ingredients, and basic inventory
• Support in menu planning and new dish ideas

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a café, restaurant, or hotel kitchen
• Knowledge of café food, coffee preparation, Indian and basic continental cuisine
• Ability to multitask and manage orders independently
• Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene and safety standards
• Punctual, disciplined, and team-oriented
