About the job: Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure that follow-ups are done for all pending tasks as per the FMS/ Checklist. 2. Ensure that help tickets are raised for tasks that are struck. 3. Follow up resolution of help tickets with the team lead. 4. Escalate the tasks that are not being completed despite repeated reminders. 5.
