Caheckmate Events & Checkmate Tele Private Limited Executive Assitant/Personal Assistant This is a full-time hybrid role for an Executive Assistan/Personal Assistant based in Bengaluru, with some flexibility for remote work. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to Director. Key tasks include managing schedules, organizing meetings, preparing expense reports, coordinating travel arrangements, handling correspondence, and streamlining administrative workflows. The role also involves efficiently managing communication on behalf of executives and handling sensitive information with confidentiality. Qualifications Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support Experience in preparing and managing Expense Reports Strong Communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability in Administrative Assistance and organization High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and discretion when handling confidential matters Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, email, and scheduling tools) Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
