Role Overview: As a Technical Support Specialist at Wipro, your primary responsibility will be to provide effective technical support to the process and resolve client issues in a timely manner to meet process SLAs. You will play a crucial role in managing transactions, fielding incoming help requests from clients, documenting relevant end-user information, and updating productivity in the RAVE system.
