The Sales Advocate will be responsible for engaging potential students and clients, providing excellent customer service, and managing sales activities. Daily tasks will include identifying sales opportunities, conducting consultations, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop sales strategies. The role also involves training prospective students on course offerings and guiding them through the enrollment process. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management Experience in Training and mentoring students or clients Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in an on-site team setting Relevant experience in the higher education sector is advantageous Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field
