Job Description

Role Overview: As a Chatbot Developer at Capgemini, you will have the opportunity to develop chatbots using Dialogflow CX and ES. Your role will involve designing and developing user-centric conversation experiences involving chat, text, or voice. You will be responsible for architecting and building AI powered chatbot applications using platforms such as Dialogflow CX and cloud platforms like GCP, AWS, or Azure. Additionally, you will integrate APIs using NodeJS and Python and construct intents, entities, and annotations in the Dialogflow tool.
