The Salesperson will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing suitable recommendations. The role involves achieving sales targets, maintaining product knowledge, handling customer queries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Additional responsibilities include stocking shelves, processing sales transactions, and assisting in maintaining the store's appearance. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with customers Customer relationship management and problem-solving capabilities Basic proficiency in operating point-of-sale (POS) systems and related software Sales and persuasion skills in a retail or similar environment Ability to maintain organization and attention to detail Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours, as needed Prior experience in retail sales or optical products is an advantage Educational qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
