The Department Manager Maintenance will be responsible for overseeing the daily maintenance activities, including supervising maintenance staff, scheduling and performing preventive maintenance, managing equipment repairs, and ensuring the overall maintenance of the facility. The role involves coordinating with other departments to ensure timely and efficient maintenance operations, maintaining records of maintenance activities, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Qualifications Supervisory Skills Experience in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair Knowledge of Preventive Maintenance and Maintenance Management Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Ability to work independently and effectively manage a team Experience in the retail industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or related field preferred
