Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new B2B clients in the automotive, OEM, and industrial sectors. Understand technical requirements and propose feasible manufacturing solutions. Prepare and submit quotations, costings, and lead time estimates. Coordinate with design, production, and quality teams to ensure timely delivery. Attend client meetings, technical discussions, and vendor development programs. Maintain relationships with existing clients and generate repeat business. Prepare regular sales reports and provide market insights. Requirements Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical/Production Engineering or related field. 2–5 years of experience in B2B industrial sales, preferably in sheet metal/precision components. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes (e.g., laser cutting, bending, welding, turning). Ability to read technical drawings and suggest viable production approaches. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Own vehicle preferred for local travel to industrial areas and client sites.
