Chartered Accountant

Financial Reporting & Accounting

• Manage end-to-end accounting, including ledger management, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closures.
• Prepare accurate financial statements, MIS, and reports for management.
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards, statutory compliance, and internal controls.

Budgeting & Forecasting

• Assist in preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor financial performance against budgets and identify variances.
• Provide financial insights to support business strategy.

Compliance & Taxation

• Ensure GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliance.
• Liaise with auditors for internal and statutory audits.
• Maintain proper documentation and reporting for compliance purposes.

Treasury & Cash Management

• Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and optimize fund utilization.
• Coordinate with banks for credit facilities, loans, and payments.
• Manage receivables and payables to maintain liquidity.

Team Management

• Lead, mentor, and supervise the finance and accounts team.
• Ensure timely completion of finance tasks with accuracy.

Strategic Support

• Provide financial guidance to business units.
• Evaluate project feasibility and financial viability.
• Support Finance Head / CFO in decision-making and long-term planning.

Required Qualifications

• Qualified CA required only
• Experience in manufacturing, construction, industrial, insulation, or project-based industries preferred.
• Strong knowledge of taxation, banking, audits, and compliance.
• Proficiency in ERP systems SAP, Tally, and MS Excel.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹140,000.00 per month
