Position: Chartered Accountant (CA) – Merchant Banking

Job Summary :

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Chartered Accountant with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in Merchant Banking / Investment Banking. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to IPO transactions, financial due diligence, offer document preparation, financial modelling, valuation, and SEBI regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
1. Handle and support end-to-end IPO assignments and Merchant Banking transactions.2. Prepare, review, and coordinate the preparation of Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP), Red Herring Prospectus (RHP), and other offer documents.3. Conduct detailed financial due diligence of companies for IPO and other capital market transactions.4. Analyses financial statements, financial performance, business models, and key financial indicators of client companies.5. Prepare financial projections, valuation reports, and financial models.6. Work on IPO-related financial disclosures and ensure accuracy of financial information in offer documents.7. Coordinate with clients, SEBI, stock exchanges, legal advisors, and other intermediaries during IPO transactions.8. Ensure compliance with SEBI ICDR Regulations, Companies Act, and applicable capital market regulations.9. Assist in drafting and reviewing IPO-related reports, certificates, financial disclosures, and transaction documents.10. Manage multiple IPO assignments and ensure timely completion of deliverables.11. Provide support in pre-IPO restructuring, capital market transactions, and other merchant banking assignments.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong practical knowledge of Merchant Banking and IPO processes.
• Hands-on experience in DRHP/RHP preparation and review.
• Good understanding of SEBI ICDR Regulations and capital market regulations.
• Strong expertise in financial due diligence and financial analysis.
• Knowledge of company valuation, financial modelling, and projections.
• Excellent MS Excel and financial reporting skills.
• Ability to independently handle IPO-related assignments.
• Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills.

Eligibility Criteria :

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Merchant Banking / Investment Banking. • Candidates with hands-on IPO transaction experience will be strongly preferred. • Must have practical exposure to IPO documentation, financial due diligence, and SEBI compliance.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
