Chartered Accountant - Indirect Taxation

As a Chartered Accountant specializing in Indirect Tax, you will be joining Taxmann's esteemed Research & Advisory Team of Indirect Tax. With 1-2 years of post-qualification experience in the field, you will play a crucial role in providing expert insights and guidance on GST law. Your strong conceptual knowledge of GST law will be essential as you delve into tasks such as GST advisory and litigation, GST audit, finalization of Annual returns, and handling GST issues. Preference will be given to candidates who have tackled independent assignments and demonstrated excellent writing and communication skills. In this role, your key responsibilities will include preparing practice documents on various GST topics, staying updated on statutory and judiciary changes under Indirect tax laws, and contributing to Indirect Tax Advisory and Litigation. You will also be involved in the preparation of research papers and presentations on key concepts and ongoing issues within the GST landscape.
