Chartered Accountant - Indirect Taxation - Research & Advisory Sector

As a Chartered Accountant specializing in Indirect Tax, you will be a part of Taxmann's Research & Advisory Team focusing on Indirect Tax matters. With 2-4 years of post-qualification experience, you will play a crucial role in providing expert guidance on GST laws and related issues. Your main responsibilities will include preparing practice documents covering various topics within the GST framework, staying updated on statutory and judiciary developments in Indirect tax laws, and contributing to Taxmann's Practice documents. You will also be involved in providing advisory and litigation support on complex queries, such as classification issues, contract reviews, and other GST and Customs-related matters. To excel in this role, you should possess a strong conceptual understanding of GST law, hands-on experience in GST advisory, litigation, audit, and annual return finalization. Preference will be given to candidates who have handled independent assignments and demonstrate excellent writing and communication skills.
