Description We are seeking an experienced butcher to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a passion for quality meat preparation and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities Prepare and cut various types of meat according to specifications and customer requirements. Ensure all meat products are stored and displayed in accordance with health and safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the butchery area and equipment. Assist customers with their orders and provide knowledgeable advice on meat selection and preparation. Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking as needed. Skills and Qualifications 2-5 years of experience in butchery or meat processing. Knowledge of various cuts of meat and the proper techniques for preparation. Familiarity with health and safety standards in food handling. Ability to operate and maintain butchery equipment safely and effectively. Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers.
