Role Overview: As a Trade Marketing Manager & Analyst, you will play a crucial role in boosting the sales of Nutraj & its Sub brand in both general trade and modern retail trade channels. You will be responsible for implementing impactful trade marketing strategies like enhancing brand visibility, conducting promoter-led activations, organizing contests, and trade festivals. This dynamic position requires a strategic mindset, leadership in trade marketing, hands-on execution, and data analysis to achieve maximum brand visibility, sales, and profitability in diverse retail landscapes. Key Responsibilities: - Devise and implement tailored promotional campaigns for general trade and modern trade retail channels in collaboration with the MT trade marketing team and GT sales leadership. - Lead the planning and execution of brand activation, visibility, and merchandising design. - Utilize market trends and consumer insights to optimize promotional strategies for various retail segments. - Collaborate on joint marketing efforts to boost brand presence and drive sales in different retail environments. - Develop and execute channel-specific trade marketing strategies and visibility campaigns in alignment with overall business goals. - Customize marketing plans in coordination with cross-functional teams for executing retail visibility in Modern trade and retail outlets. - Responsible for strategic work related to trade promotions, trade schemes, trade collaterals, trade events, Distributor, Retailer & Pharmacist conferences. - Create trade marketing & general trade collaterals and creatives in coordination with the brand team and leadership team. - Manage merchandising strategies across GT, MT & Chain Pharmacy channel, including Shop Branding, POSMs, Indoor & outdoor visibilities. - Conduct competitive benchmarking on Schemes & Modern trade visibility TOTs. - Manage the trade marketing budget efficiently to ensure maximum impact across general trade and modern trade. - Plan, execute, and monitor Modern trade visibility with ROI calculation to analyze efficacy. - Utilize market research and sales data to identify growth opportunities and challenges within general trade and modern trade. - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and enhance the success of trade marketing programs. - Collaborate closely with internal teams such as sales, product development, and marketing to align trade marketing efforts with overarching business goals. - Provide analytical support for cross-functional projects and initiatives tailored for both general trade and modern trade retail environments. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. - Minimum 2 to 4 years of proven experience in trade marketing, brand marketing focusing on both general trade and modern trade retail. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Familiarity with general trade and modern trade retail dynamics and market trends.,
