We are expanding across Kerala and seeking passionate individuals to take the lead in their districts. Role Overview As a District Campaign Coordinator, you will champion the Swap Shop movement in your district. This is a voluntary, part-time role designed for individuals who want to make a tangible impact on the environment while gaining valuable leadership experience. Eligibility We are specifically seeking BSW/MSW graduates (or final-year students) located in the concerned districts who are eager to work closely with schools, colleges, and local communities on sustainability campaigns. Key Responsibilities • Organize 1–2 Swap Shops per month in schools, colleges, or community spaces. • Liaise with local institutions and stakeholders. • Mobilize student/community volunteers for Swap Shop activities. • Document and report each event (photos, participation data, brief write-up). • Represent C5 Foundation in district-level sustainability efforts. Time Commitment • Flexible – approx. 2–4 hours/week depending on activities. We are organising Oral Hygiene Awareness Program across schools in Kerala. The project aims to reach 5.5 lakh students in this academic year with awareness sessions and free oral hygiene kits. ⸻ Role & Responsibilities • Conduct oral hygiene awareness sessions in assigned schools. • Distribute oral hygiene kits to students. • Maintain and submit daily progress reports to the State Coordinator. • Coordinate with local school authorities and ensure smooth implementation. ⸻ Requirements • MSW/BSW students or graduates (preferred). • Two-wheeler mandatory for kit distribution. • Strong communication skills in Malayalam. • Interest in community-based projects and student engagement. ⸻ Compensation & Benefits • Earnings: ₹750 – ₹1000 per day (based on students covered). • Work only on weekdays (Monday–Friday). • Certificate of engagement and valuable fieldwork/project experience in community health awareness.
