Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in our Naktala showroom in Kolkata. The Salesperson will be responsible for assisting customers with their jewelry purchases, providing information about products, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The role also entails maintaining the showroom's aesthetic, handling sales transactions, ensuring proper stock management, and meeting sales targets while providing a seamless and delightful shopping experience. Qualifications Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills Sales and negotiation skills with a goal-driven mindset Basic understanding or interest in jewelry, including pearls, gold, and silver items Organization and time-management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently Ability to operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and manage sales transactions Proficiency in spoken and written English; knowledge of Bengali is advantageous Previous retail or sales experience in a jewelry or luxury goods environment is a plus High school diploma or higher educational qualification preferred
