What You'll Do We're seeking an ambitious , driven , and diligent professional to fuel our growth in the automotive and architectural markets. Key responsibilities include: - Building organic, sustainable leads for safety and toughened glass products through proactive fieldwork and networking. - Following up with prospects to foster strong interpersonal relationships and secure long-term business partnerships. - Developing and executing targeted business strategies for toughened automotive, architectural, and safety glass segments. - Driving sales beyond traditional channels by innovating outreach, adapting to market trends, and expanding our horizons. - Upholding strict NDA protocols for all internal and external communications to protect sensitive information. What We're Looking For - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. - Proven track record in B2B lead generation and sales in manufacturing/automotive/architectural industries. - Excellent communication, relationship-building, and strategic thinking skills. - A genuine passion for glass technology, automotive innovation, and safety solutions we value candidates who research our company and industry deeply before applying. - Willingness to travel for fieldwork (reimbursed).
