Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Maintenance Supervisor at Chandan Food Products located in Pune. The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day maintenance activities, conducting preventive maintenance, and ensuring all equipment operates efficiently. The role involves troubleshooting equipment issues, managing maintenance and repair tasks, and supervising the maintenance team to ensure safety and compliance standards are met. Qualifications ITI or Diploma with 04 years experience Supervisory Skills Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance skills Maintenance & Repair and Troubleshooting skills Strong leadership and team management abilities Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Relevant technical certification or diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering Experience in the food production industry is a plus
