This is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional looking to advance their career in a specialized practice focusing on corporate law and insolvency matters. Key Practice Areas Corporate Law & Compliance Insolvency & Bankruptcy Proceedings Alternative Dispute Resolution Regulatory Compliance Contract Drafting & Review Legal Documentation What We’re Looking For Essential Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university Enrollment with the Bar Council (optional but preferable) Practical exposure preferred Strong drafting and analytical skills Professional attitude and commitment to excellence Preferred Exposure: Candidates with knowledge in any of these areas will be given preference: (1) Laws: Securities laws SARFAESI Act Property and related laws Criminal law Civil laws Corporate laws, NCLT procedures, and insolvency frameworks Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 Companies Act, 2013 and related regulations (2) Procedures: High Court procedures Tribunals: DRT, DRAT, SAT Co-operative Housing Societies Court Stamp Office procedures Sub-Registrar’s office procedures NCLT, NCLAT, and Company Law Tribunal procedures Experience: Preference to candidates with 2-3 years of experience in above areas. Court Appearances: Occasional court appearance is expected for lawyers with Sanad. Candidates not holding Sanad may also apply. Location Preference: Candidates residing in Borivali, Kandivali, Malad, Goregaon, or other Western Suburbs will be given preference due to office location convenience.
