About the Job Company: Chaman Lal Goel Contractor (CLGC) Location: Open to Relocation/Travel (Remote Project Sites – India) CLGC is a leading infrastructure development company specializing in irrigation and rural infrastructure projects that empower agricultural communities across India. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Site Engineer to join our field operations team. Position: Senior Site Engineer Experience: Minimum 4 to 5 years in site engineering, with senior-level experience preferred Responsibilities Conduct precise auto-levelling and total station surveys Perform quantitative site measurements, including cut/fill and volume calculations Manage and supervise earthwork operations, ensuring quality and efficiency Coordinate with subcontractors, project managers, and technical teams for smooth site execution Maintain detailed records, including work progress, material usage, and survey data Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and environmental guidelines Requirements Bachelor’s or Diploma in Civil Engineering (B.Tech/Diploma) 4–5+ years of relevant experience in infrastructure or earthwork-focused projects Proficiency in surveying instruments (Total Station, Auto Level) and volume calculation techniques Prior experience in canal lining works, including understanding of materials, methods, and quality control.
