Support mobility, including helping patients walk, use wheelchairs, or move in and out of bed. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the patient’s surroundings and personal items. Observe and report any changes in the patient’s health condition to family members or medical professionals. Provide companionship, emotional support, and comfort to the patient. Assist in wound care, dressing changes, and basic first aid where necessary. Ensure safety precautions to prevent falls or injuries. Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and family members regarding care plans.
