The Hospital Pharmacist will be responsible for dispensing medications, providing pharmaceutical care, and compounding medications as needed. Daily tasks include medication management, ensuring proper dosage and prescription accuracy, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care. The role requires attention to detail, thorough knowledge of pharmacy practices, and dedication to patient safety. Qualifications Pharmacy, Medicine and Pharmacy Practice skills Experience in Pharmaceutical Care and Compounding Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field Valid pharmacist license
