Role & responsibilities HVAC System Design and Engineering of pharmaceuticals and hospitals. * Should have knowledge of Heat load calculations, psychometric analysis, Coil selection, Static calculations etc. * Preparation of BOQ & tenders for HVAC and Building automation system. * Knowledge of selection of chillers, cooling towers and pumping systems. * Co-ordinating activities between Civil, Architectural, Electrical, Modular, Mechanical Contractors on and off the site. * Co-ordination with client and contractors. * Preparing Techno- Commercial recommendation, Co-ordination and Approval of ducting and other G.A. Drawings * Excellent communication & Coordination skills and ability to work with a diverse cross-functional terms.
