CFO EV Risk and Compliance Manager

As a Tax + L 9 (Consultant) within the Strategy & Consulting Global Network CFO & Enterprise Value team at Accenture, you will be driving strategic initiatives, managing business transformations, and leveraging industry expertise to create value-driven solutions. Your role will involve providing strategic advisory services, conducting market research, and developing data-driven recommendations to enhance business performance. Working closely with CFOs and finance organizations, you will craft and implement strategies anchored on digital disruption, new age operating models, and best-in-class practices to drive market differentiation. You will play a key role in enabling enterprise innovation, delivering tangible results and outcomes for clients. Your responsibilities will include providing leading practice on tax processes, interacting with clients to gather business tax requirements, analyzing business requirements, and identifying best practices to implement technical solutions. Additionally, you will facilitate design sessions related to tax determination, calculation, recording, reporting, and compliance, as well as preparing key deliverables such as design documents, build, test documentation, training materials, and administration and procedural guides. To excel in this role, you should have the ability to drive solutions independently, be adept at Microsoft PowerPoint, spreadsheet, and Power BI applications, and possess strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. You should also have cross-cultural competence and the ability to thrive in a dynamic consulting environment. Professional and technical skills required include relevant experience in the domain, hands-on experience in integration and tool implementations in platforms such as ERP (SAP or Oracle) and tax technologies like Vertex O Series, OneSource, SOVOS, and tax add-on tools.
