Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing a team of Medical Representatives (MR) and Area Sales Managers (ASM) in a pharmaceutical company. Additionally, you will oversee back office and documentation work in the sales department, conduct training for new employees, and handle recruitment processes such as interviews, training, and onboarding. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a team of Medical Representatives (MR) and Area Sales Managers (ASM). - Oversee back office and documentation work in the sales department. - Conduct training sessions for new joiners, including MR and AFM. - Follow up on recruitment processes related to interviews, training, and date of joining for MR and AFM. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. - At least 2 years of experience as a Medical Representative (MR) and 3 years as an Area Field Manager (AFM). - Experience in critical care will be preferred.
