About the Role

Time Training Center (Abu Dhabi) is seeking a highly skilled CPMA Certified Trainer to deliver online, exam-focused training for healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will prepare learners for the AAPC CPMA certification with a strong focus on healthcare auditing concepts, coding systems, and real-world application.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging live online sessions covering:
• CPT (Current Procedural Terminology) – Part 1 & 2
• ICDM (International Classification of Diseases) – Part 1 & 2
• HCPCS (Healthcare Professional Coding Systems)
• Provide exam-oriented CPMA training, including certification tips and strategies.
• Conduct, evaluate, and provide feedback on mock tests to track learner progress.
• Provide updated HCPCS materials and coding references.
• Ensure training aligns with current AAPC syllabus and industry updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Valid CPMA and CPC certifications from AAPC.
• Minimum 2 years’ professional experience or equivalent training experience in medical coding and healthcare auditing.
• Proven track record of training candidates for CPMA certification.
• In-depth knowledge of CPT, ICDM, and HCPCS coding systems.
• Excellent online presentation and learner engagement skills.
