We are hiring a Transaction Certificate (TC) Executive with in-depth knowledge of the NOP/NPOP organic certification systems. The role involves managing traceability, and preparing documentation. Role & responsibilities Transaction Certificate (TC) Management Prepare and submit Transaction Certificate applications for each consignment as per NPOP/NOP standards. Maintain and validate traceability documents including invoices, transport documents, receipts, and certification scope certificates. Ensure accuracy and consistency of batch-wise/lot-wise data, weights, and buyer/seller details. Documentation and Compliance Maintain a complete digital and physical archive of all TC applications and approvals. Coordinate with internal production and sales teams to gather required documents like: Input-output reconciliation reports Organic purchase records Weight and quality details Buyer contracts, declarations and invoices Ensure that all documentation aligns with organic standards and APEDA/NPOP guidelines . Reporting & Audit Readiness Generate and maintain TC status reports for internal and external stakeholders. Support traceability documentation for export and domestic supply chains.
